quit drinking and started on prozac and feeling much better. havent hurt since last week. YAY!
and i actually have energy back!
not just physical energy, but mental energy as well.

all my blood test came back normal.
i was thinking before, what could be worse? all this having a name or not? after the phone call yesterday, i'd have to go with the not. if it had a name it would be fixable. no name, no fix.
although....my sister thinks i'm the poster child for that commercial depression hurts.
i dont feel depressed. i thought i was pretty happy. sort of. but according to her, and my husband, i'm more down than up. hmmm.....so on my next dr appt i'm sure that issue will be raised. it was brought in passing on the last dr appt. sigh.
i have several nephews. no nieces. i have the only girl. or i did.
my 23 year old nephew, ryan, has an 8 month daughter named Chloe. i met her last night. and chloes's mom, nina. i knew ryan had a little girl, but he's never brought her over. well, he called my mom out of the blue yesterday and asked if he and nina and chloe could come over and visit. its the first time my parents have seen their great granddaughter. it was a nice visit. i really hope they dont make it a one time thing. that would break my moms heart. its bad enough they dont talk to her but maybe once every couple of years.
but it sure was nice seeing ryan and meeting nina and chloe. a cute little family.

finished another book...big surprise there

yeah, i read. who'd a thunk it? i can start and finish a book, but when it comes to one of my numerous(too many to count) yarn projects...well, damn. took me about three years to finish one blanket i was crocheting. its kinda crooked. i finally called it done. ok, so its not quite big enough to fit a twin bed, but hell, i really got tired of that wopsided piece of color explosion i picked out for a color. that and i swear they discontinued the color i was using, thats how long i have been on that particular project.

just finished chris kuzneski's latest book, "sword of god".

pretty good. i liked 'sign of the cross' better, but it was ok.

now i have to get his first book, 'the plantation'.

when i went to books a million they only had 'sotc' and 'sog'.

guess i'll have to find the freakin zanax and hit the barnes and nobles.

well, here it is. october. woo.
another day closer to xmas.
had the dr appt today. they took blood and i have another appt in 2 weeks. we'll see how that goes. today went well.
the girl that took my blood had good technique, but i'm gonna have a small bruise. i didnt tell her that i work in a lab. drawing blood. wouldnt want to make the girl nervous. cause she's new at it. but very pleasant.
